A rejection is only a temporary prohibition. You can return to Norway at a later time.
Example 1: You enter Norway without a valid passport and are rejected on entry. You will then have a duty to leave Norway with a deadline for leaving. You must then leave the country and register your departure from Norway. If you later return with a valid passport, being deported last time will not prevent you from entering Norway.

This means that you must travel from the Schengen area and that your departure must be registered in the Schengen Information System (SIS). If you later come to Norway with a valid visa, being deported last time will not prevent you from entering Norway.
